5. Llyn Padarn Circuit28 views2/7/26. A brief stop outside the Llanberis Quarrymen's Hospital. Its elevated position must have given patients some lovely views were they well enough to appreciate them. Just round the corner was the Mortuary which was built in 1906 according to the plaque on its wall.

2. Moel Siabod Foothills27 views19/04/26. What an amazing sight, clusters of tadpoles. All crowded in the shallower warmer parts of the pool. They didn't move until we got close.

5. Parys Mountain - Mynydd Eilian27 views28/6/26. The steam pump-house at the eastern edge of the quarry. No sign of the machinery. It is home to a large bird's nest made from tree branches. The bird species unknown but it must be a big one.
