4. Parys Mountain - Mynydd Eilian29 views28/6/26. The highest point in the quarry 147 metres, close to the windmill. So far so good. The windmill acts as a visitor information centre. We sat outside to have our morning panad.

5. Llyn Padarn Circuit29 views2/7/26. A brief stop outside the Llanberis Quarrymen's Hospital. Its elevated position must have given patients some lovely views were they well enough to appreciate them. Just round the corner was the Mortuary which was built in 1906 according to the plaque on its wall.
